Welcome to our MGFA Elite sessions at the Martin Gray Football Academy, where excellence meets opportunity.

At the MGFA Elite Programme, players meeting the criteria showcase a remarkable blend of skills and attributes.
Our sessions are designed for players who not only possess exceptional technical and physical abilities but also demonstrate a high level of game intelligence with a keen understanding of tactical situations.
Fostering a team-oriented mindset, they exhibit not only good physical fitness and concentration but also strong self-confidence. Many of these players are already affiliated with Professional club Academies or Development Squads, often participating in the highest division junior club teams. It is this exceptional combination of talent and experience that defines the calibre of players welcomed into our Elite Programme.
DEVELOPMENT FOCUS
At this level, players will engage in sessions that test them both physically and mentally. The program is tailored to enhance their existing skills while instilling a desire and attitude to excel.
Benefiting from our coaches' professional backgrounds, we maintain strong relationships with numerous professional clubs. Coaches and scouts regularly attend our sessions to monitor player development. For those displaying exceptional potential, we actively recommend and initiate trials at academy levels.
MGFA ELITE PROGRAMME
Forest Park School, Durham Way, Aycliffe, DL5 6XP.
£10 PER SESSION
Session Two: 7pm-8pm for 10 year olds plus.
Session One: 5pm-6pm for 5-10 year olds.
